01 Introduction

07 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, layout, design, graphics, logos, icons, images and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cbm or is licensed to 777cbm by its rightful owners. All such rights are reserved.

The 777cbm name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms grants any User a right or licence to use these marks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, product names and logos referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to these names on the Platform is for contextual and educational purposes only and does not constitute or imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

Similarly, references to sports leagues, tournaments and governing bodies — including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) and any affiliated team names — are used for contextual sporting reference only. No partnership, affiliation or official relationship with any such body is implied or claimed.

08 Disclaimers & Warranties

8.1 Information Accuracy

777cbm makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Platform is accurate, current and complete at the time of publication. However, the online gambling and betting industry is subject to rapid and frequent change — operator terms, bonus structures, payment methods, odds formats and regulatory conditions may change without notice.

10 Gambling Risks & Legal Status

10.1 Financial Risk Acknowledgement

Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be submitted in the first instance to good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, the parties may pursue resolution through applicable legal processes. 777cbm does not operate any formal arbitration or alternative dispute resolution scheme for general user disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claims arising from your use of the Platform must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
